James Deep
Lawyer
James Deep completed his Bachelor of Laws LLB at Western University and has been serving the Oakville community since 1994. He prides himself on the firm's expertise, high level of customer service, and efficiency and loves interacting with clients. In his free time, James enjoys travelling, spending time up at the cottage with his family, and taking his dog Lizzie on long walks.
Nicole
Senior Real Estate Clerk
Nicole graduated from the Paralegal program at Sheridan College in 2016 and has also completed her Real Estate Law Clerk course. Nicole joined our team in 2020 as a real estate law clerk and thrives on the customer experience. Nicole's main goal is to ensure a smooth transaction for all our clients and works hard to ensure all her clients are happy. Nicole was born and raised in Oakville and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the cottage or planning her next vacation.
Julia
Junior Real Estate Clerk
Julia graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology and Politics. She continued her studies at Humber College where she received a Paralegal Diploma. With over 10 years of experience working in real estate, she decided to combine her knowledge of real estate and her love for law and is now working as our Junior Real Estate Clerk. In her spare time, Julia likes spending time outdoors, hanging out with friends and family and un "wine" ding with a good true crime documentary.
Caroline
Wills and Estates Clerk
Caroline is a Brock University alumni holding a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. She is our Wills and Estates Clerk with over 10 years of experience in the field. Her blend of legal proficiency and psychological insights enables her to excel at guiding clients through their estate planning needs. Outside the office, Caroline and her husband savor lakeside moments, fishing and barbequing with family and friends, or crafting delicious Mediterranean recipes.
Hannah
Client Intake Coordinator
As our Client Intake Coordinator, Hannah enjoys building relationships with clients and guiding them through the initial stages of their real estate transactions with professionalism and care. A graduate of Sheridan College, Hannah brings strong communication and organizational skills to the firm. Outside of work, she enjoys weekends at the cottage and spending time with friends and family.
Lizzie
Office Mascot
Lizzie, the office mascot of James Deep Law and James' partner in crime, rules the office with a wagging tail and a penchant for toy diplomacy. When she is not conducting important meetings with her chew toys, she is our resident beach bum, mastering the art of sandcastle demolition at the cottage. Lizzie teaches us daily that every problem has a solution, usually found with a good sniff and a playful bark.
